Customer Service Representative

Job Description 

Chandler Equipment is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative focused on dealing with the Backwoods Adventure Mods division of our company. As a customer service representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

We are looking for a qualified candidate who values productivity and customer engagement, and who can work well with others.

Experience or passion for overlanding, vehicles, or outdoor lifestyle is encouraged.


Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answers phone calls
  • Input orders
  • Responsible for Return Material Authorizations
  • Facilitate in stock shipments
  • Resolve shipping errors
  • Release orders to the Warehouse
  • Have basic Office365 skills


This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Great pay and excellent benefits! Employees receive medical, vision, dental insurance after 60 days of employment, and have the opportunity to invest in a 401K with employer match. Vacation pay is given after 1 year of employment at Chandler.
